Coached pool swim training sessions take place at Tudor Grange on Wednesdays from 9 pm to 10 pm. Places are limited and are booked in 15-week blocks. Please contact the secretary if you are interested. See the members’ Facebook group for further details.
Ther are no formal club sessions at present. However, a number of informal sessions are organised via social media (primarily Facebook and Whatsapp). These include:
- Wednesday Evening Cycle Track Training at Tudor Grange – get that mid week ride without resorting to Zwift
- Watt Bike – During the winter we have this monthly Watt Bike class to improve pedal efficiency
Other social rides including turbo sessions are also organised via social media on the members’ Facebook group or various WhatsApp groups. Between these groups there are good options from those just starting out to seasoned Age Groupers or Ironman athletes.
During the non-winter months members often take part in local Time Trials.
Coached run training sessions take place at Elmdon Park on Saturday mornings from 9:25 am to 10:30 am. These coincide with junior training sessions so that parents can join in whilst their children participate in their own session. See the members’ Facebook group for further details.
