An event every week that begins at 21:00 on Wednesday, repeating until December 20, 2023
Solihull Triathlon Club coaches are here to help you progress your swim to next level.
This is an adult training session but junior athletes over 14 can attend by prior agreement with the Head Coach and Welfare.
Sessions are £6 per adult and £4 per junior.
The focus will be on coached swimming. If enough lanes are available, a lane or two may be allowed for endurance swimming, with no set plan and not directly coached, for those planning long distance swim events.
