Run Training (Adults & Juniors)

An event every week that begins at 09:30 on Saturday, happening 52 times
Saturday morning training is generally in Tudor Grange Park at 0930 and is an Adults and Junior session. This is great for families as it means parent and children can run at the same time. Sessions include warm up and warm down sets with stretching. The Adult sessions are 90 minutes long and the Junior sessions are 60 minutes.
First Saturday of the Month
Every first Saturday of the month is a test week for Junior Athlete where they test ourselves at one of the local park runs such as Brueton Park Run. The Adult Athletes have an additional option of one of our Saturday Club Bike Rides.
Occasionally this run decamps to other parks or location to do hill reps or cross country
