Watt Bike Training

A monthly Watt Bike class run by Cycling Fitness Centre on behalf of the club. We thought this would be a great way to get guaranteed cycling what ever the weather.
This is the third Saturday every month at 0930. No age limitations, but you must be at least 145cm in height to take part. This is based on the adjustability of the machines. Bring Water Bottle and Sweat Towels. If you have HR monitor bring that too.
