Training sessions in 2023

We currently offer a range of swim, cycle and run sessions throughout the week for the 2023 season. These consist of the following:


There is an adults run session on Tuesday evenings (6:30pm meeting at Tudor Grange Park in Spring/Summer and the front of the leisure centre during Autumn/Winter months). These sessions are informal and un-coached (instructor is leading the session but not providing feedback).


On Wednesday evenings there is a coached adults swim session from 9-10pm at Tudor Grange Leisure Centre (additional cost required).


On Thursday evenings there is a coached adults cycle session on the cycle track at Tudor Grange Park from 8-9pm in good weather. In the winter these sessions are usually replaced with a virtual (Zwift) ride as the evenings get darker.


Friday evenings are the same as Wednesday with a coached adults swim session, though this is at 6-7pm instead to offer an alternative time for members.


On Saturday mornings we offer both an adult and junior run session starting at 9:30am in Tudor Grange Park. There is a joint warm up and then the adults and juniors have separate coaches for the session.

Sundays and Mondays are for rest but members often meet up for informal cycles and other activities on these days.
