With more and more club athletes travelling abroad for events the need to protect your valuable bike whilst travelling has never been more important. The club has invested in two Bike Box Alan Premium Bike Boxes with TSA locks and pull straps.

You can see when the boxes are already booked out on the bike box calendar below.

Please check the calendar before asking for a booking. To book a bike box send an email to the secretary stating:

• Names of the members
• The number of boxes required
• The dates you want to pick up and return the boxes – don’t forget to allow time for packing and unpacking your bike!

We’ll let you know if you booking is successful and where you can pick the box up from.

Details on how to pack your bike for a trip can be found on YouTube. There is no deposit  but the club expects the bike boxes to be covered by your insurance; please check with your provider. Boxes that are damaged will need to be replaced by the member.
