To organise the club, we have a small team of dedicated members who form the main committee group. In addition to the chair, we have the club secretary, treasurer, welfare officer which are required as part of British Triathlon rules. There are a further two non-portfolio positions which we fill, these are head coach and membership. All volunteers in the committee are also members of the club, most of which are coaches or help out in other ways.

Non-portfolio (Head Coach)

I voluntarily sit in on Committee meetings so that I can throw ideas at our other willing members. Some ideas are terrible. I want to see the club continue to grow and my priority is that we offer sessions that the members enjoy and help them to improve.

After joining the club in 2023 I volunteered my skills to help maintain the website and curate race reports. Later on I joined the sub-group helping to sorting out new members and maintain club & swim memberships. I now sit on the committee officially as a non-portfolio member, reporting on club membership.
