To organise the club, we have a small team of dedicated members who form the main committee group. In addition to the chair, we have the club secretary, treasurer, welfare officer which are required as part of British Triathlon rules. There are a further two non-portfolio positions which we fill, these are head coach and membership. All volunteers in the committee are also members of the club, most of which are coaches or help out in other ways.

Non-portfolio (Membership)

After joining the club in 2023 I volunteered my skills to help maintain the website and curate race reports. Later on I joined the sub-group helping to sorting out new members and maintain club & swim memberships. I now sit on the committee officially as a non-portfolio member, reporting on club membership.
