This weekend was a huge success for the club with members at a few different events over the continent.

Els was in Spain for IRONMAN Calella-Barcelona, her second full distance triathlon after IRONMAN Austria in June. This consisted of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and to top it off a 26.2 mile marathon run. Surrounded by a great support crew of family, friends and fellow club members Connor and Morgan, she finished 10th in her age group and beat her previous attempt by a country mile! Well done to Mike, Ash, Abbie & Patrycja who also finished the 140.6 mile course and had a decent support crew cheering them along the whole way!

Meanwhile back in the UK, Helen was in Tewkesbury and won her age category in the Sprint distance triathlon. Over in Stratford-upon-Avon, Ant, Mark, Tasha, Peter and Ann took part in Warwickshire Sprint Triathlon. Mother and son Duo Ann and Peter both won their respective age groups.

Well done all for another incredible weekend of racing!
